Kilkenny based Bowen Water Technology had a well established reputation in the water and wastewater treatment business in Ireland for nearly 30 years when it was acquired by Veolia Water Solutions & Technologies in 1999. Veolia Water Solutions & Technologies is the technical subsidiary of Veolia Water. To complement the Design & Build expertise of Bowen Water, Veolia Water Operations Ireland was created in 2001 to bring the operations experience of the group to the Irish organisation.
Veolia Water Ireland was established in 2004 reinforcing our position as a leader in water and wastewater solutions to local authorities and industry in Ireland. We currently employ 180 people at offices in Kilkenny, Dublin and on over 30 operations sites countrywide.
